In this series for intermediate polers, we focus on conditioning for inverts, then work on moves that commonly follow inversions. Train your exit strategies early so that you know what to do once you are in the air! New students MUST have instructor approval prior to joining this class; reach out to Alana for more information.

Please arrive on time. If you are running late or need to cancel less than 12 hours in advance, please text Alana: 203-512-8330. We understand that life happens, but we reserve the right to refuse entry to class if you are more than 10 minutes late. Patterns of extreme lateness, last-minute cancellations, and/or no-shows are grounds for us to refuse service entirely.
