Intro to Pole

Service Description

This is where your pole journey begins! We will learn the foundations of pole dance at an approachable pace; no dance or fitness background required. Each class includes a thorough warm-up and conditioning exercises to prepare you for learning new moves. We close every class with a guided pole flow, where you can apply your new skills and experiment with your own movement style. Shorts or sticky pants required after the first 2 classes, knee pads optional, bare feet only!

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are running late or need to cancel less than 12 hours in advance, please text Alana: 203-512-8330. We understand that life happens, but we reserve the right to refuse entry to class if you are more than 10 minutes late. Patterns of extreme lateness, last-minute cancellations, and/or no-shows are grounds for us to refuse service entirely.
