Dance Fundamentals
Service Description
This class is open to anyone interested pole dance or dance in general and has no idea where to start. Most of this class will take place on the floor/mat; poles and fitness equipment may or may not be used depending on the group and/or focus. We begin with a mindfulness exercise to tune in to our bodies, followed by a traditional dance warm-up and conditioning routine with a focus on a specific dance technique or concept. We close out our class with a short freestyle set to music followed by a cool-down that reinforces what was learned. Take this class by itself, before your first pole class, or along with pole dance classes!

Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time. If you are running late or need to cancel less than 12 hours in advance, please text Alana: 203-512-8330. We understand that life happens, but we reserve the right to refuse entry to class if you are more than 10 minutes late. Patterns of extreme lateness, last-minute cancellations, and/or no-shows are grounds for us to refuse service entirely.
