50 minBend, Don't Snap Pole Fitness

Service Description

Dance and sweat in this 50-minute class incorporating a chair in conditioning and dance movements. All levels welcome! Start with a warm-up, ease into conditioning, learn a short choreographed sequence, then close out with a chair-assisted cooldown. Shirts covering the midsection or high-waisted leggings recommended for your comfort!

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are running late or need to cancel less than 12 hours in advance, please text Alana: 203-512-8330. We understand that life happens, but we reserve the right to refuse entry to class if you are more than 10 minutes late. Patterns of extreme lateness, last-minute cancellations, and/or no-shows are grounds for us to refuse service entirely.
