Service Description

This class is your next stop after your instructor determines you have taken what you need from Intro to Pole! Here, we dive deeper into seamless transitions between tricks and get more comfortable with sitting and climbing up the pole. We also begin to explore elbow and knee grips and introduce conditioning for inverts. Close out each class with a freestyle pole flow to a full-length song. Shorts or sticky pants required, kneepads recommended, heels allowed for the end of class!

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are running late or need to cancel less than 12 hours in advance, please text Alana: 203-512-8330. We understand that life happens, but we reserve the right to refuse entry to class if you are more than 10 minutes late. Patterns of extreme lateness, last-minute cancellations, and/or no-shows are grounds for us to refuse service entirely.
