Service Description

In this all-level class (formerly known as Floorbility), we build strength in our muscles to support our flexibility, ensuring that we reduce our risk of injury as we progress through our pole dance journey. Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout the class to meet each student’s needs. Targeted muscle groups will rotate based on pole class curriculum.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are running late or need to cancel less than 12 hours in advance, please text Alana: 203-512-8330. We understand that life happens, but we reserve the right to refuse entry to class if you are more than 10 minutes late. Patterns of extreme lateness, last-minute cancellations, and/or no-shows are grounds for us to refuse service entirely.
