Service Description

This class is open to anyone interested in trying pole, waiting for a new intro series to begin, or if you are just looking to work your pole muscles and practice or learn beginner spins! We begin with conditioning exercises using sensual technique, then proceed to intro pole spins and end with a short, simple sequence. Space is limited and must sign up ahead of time.
